Conditions of Use

By submitting my party deposit and checking this box I agree to hold and keep harmless Princess Sharon, its agents and employees from any and all property damages and/or bodily injury damage caused by the customer’s guests, or other persons attending my party.

In the event of damage or loss of Princess Sharon's inventory and or damage or loss at the party’s location, the financial responsibility lies entirely with me, the client.

I also assume all liability and responsibility for allergic reactions or any other medical reaction or illness stemming from the menu, wearing of costumes, makeup or any activity taken place before, during or after the party.

I have read and understand Princess Sharon's FAQ/Help section. I understand that there is important information there regarding pricing, policies, and information pertinent to providing a fun, safe environment for all party guests.

Note: This applies to participants in Princess Sharon parties. Not applicable to those buying shipped party items.
